Here you can read stories of families we have helped, after reading them please think about supporting our work by making a donation.
They fundraise for us because a family member, friend or colleague has been affected by heart or lung disease, in memory of a loved one who has sadly passed away or they simply want to help us help others through their journey. Whatever the reason, you can rest assured that every single pound you raise for us will help us make a BIG difference when it’s needed most.
Running is one of the most popular ways to raise money for us. We have a number of events that take place throughout the year including the prestigious Royal Parks Half Half Marathon, Hampton Court Half Marathon, 5 and 10k runs and much more. We will provide you with a running pack and support your fundraising to make every mile matter.
If you’re looking for a real challenge then why not go for the ultimate adrenaline rush with a tandem skydive from 10000ft or take on the ‘World’s Largest 5K Obstacle Course’ at one of our Inflatable Challenge Days. From Tough Mudders and Triathlons to Cycle rides and Abseils, we can help find an event that suits you.
Organising your own event is a great way to raise money and have fun at the same time. Why not set yourself a personal challenge, hold a cake sale, or take part in a sponsored walk? The possibilities are endless. Don’t worry if you don’t know where to start, we are happy to chat with you and help offer suggestions.
