CORPORATE PARTNERS
We rely on our fantastic supporters who fundraise for our charity to help us make a difference and improve the patient experience at Royal Brompton Hospital.
The money we receive from fundraising and donations allows us to provide more vital resources and medical equipment for the children’s ward and paediatric intensive care unit at Royal Brompton Hospital.
Whether you are planning your own event or challenge or are participating in one of our organised events, our team will support your activities to help you make the most of your fundraising.
There are many ways for you to get involved in supporting our charity. Here are a few ideas:
We have a number of organised fundraising activities that take place throughout the year including our Inflatable Obstacle runs, 5 and 10k runs, full and half marathons, bike rides, sky dives and much more. So if you’re up for a challenge then we will have an event to suit you. Fancy something different? We can also arrange bespoke events for individuals or teams.
We run a number of appeals for specific projects at Royal Brompton Hospital. You can direct your fundraising or donations to any of our appeals or to our general funds. Our appeals enable us to fund lifesaving medical equipment, and specialist resources to improve young patients’ care, help aid their recovery and promote well-being.
We’ve teamed up with Action Challenge, whose events make up the UK’s biggest and best series of treks and runs. Whichever challenge you choose, and whether you take on 10 km, 25 km, 50 km, or 100 km, you’ll get full support so you can set a new goal, enjoy the great British outdoors, and push yourself further on a high-quality inspirational event. We will provide you with charity merchandise to wear and help with your fundraising.
Organising your own event is a great way to raise money and have fun at the same time. Why not set yourself a personal challenge, hold a cake sale or take part in a sponsored walk? The possibilities are endless; your imagination is the only thing holding you back. Don’t worry if you don’t know where to start, as we will support you all the way.
If your local supermarket has a community scheme, then you can nominate our charity to be included. It’s a great way of raising funds whilst raising awareness of our charity and hospital. Waitrose already has a scheme in place. Please contact the store manager in the first instance.
Fundraising is the primary way your company can support The Brompton Fountain, although there are many other ways your organisation can get involved. Raising awareness of our charity, supporting our events with resources, and supporting an event are all ways you can help.
You can share your pages with your family and friends and invite them to donate, wherever they are in the world. The best news is that we will receive 100% of donations via your page.
We’ve teamed up with JustGiving to make collecting sponsorship simple, fast and totally secure. Setting up an online fundraising page is quick and easy, allowing your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you wherever they are.
You can buy a great range of merchandise from our online shop, such as our special I’m A Brompton Baby t-shirts and our famous Brompton Bear, with 100% of the profit from sales going directly to fund new projects at Royal Brompton Hospital.
However you decide to fundraise, you must ensure that you stay within the law. Please take a look through our guide and contact us with any questions before you start your fundraising.
